Client also acknowledges and consents that the recordings may be redistributed and/or resold at a later date as part of separate offerings sold by the Company. Client acknowledges and consents that any such recordings are the sole property of my-online-shopping, and relinquishes any rights regarding the distribution or sale of such recordings.
